Membership Application - winery

$1,000.00 plus GST
To be paid at the time of application and includes membership dues from the time of acceptance to the following March 31. Applications made after October 1 of any given year will be subject to a fee of $500.00 plus GST. Lapsed members must reapply and pay the full application fee.

Membership Renewal

$1,000.00 plus GST
To be paid annually in advance, due on April 1 of each year to include membership for the year ending March 31 of the following year.

VQA Product approval - includes tasting, packaging and laboratory testing

$175.00 plus GST
For each product each time it is submitted $175.00 plus GST
New price effective October 1, 2005

Tasting Panel Reconsideration

$100.00 plus GST
For each product which is submitted for reconsideration having failed the initial taste panel evaluation.

Membership or Product Certificate Replacement

$20.00 plus GST
For 2nd and subsequent copies of any certificate provided by VQAO

Winery Inspection

$250.00 plus GST
For any re-inspection required due to the winery's inability to provide information at the time of a scheduled inspection

Publications

$5.00 plus GST
2nd and subsequent copies of Rules or Bylaws for members or all copies for non-members

$20.00 plus GST

$20.00 plus GST per roll of 1,000
VQA medallion stickers

Levy on bottles sold

Levy on bottles sold $0.035 for every bottle of VQA approved wine sold plus GST (effective for sales from April 1/07 forward)
